The Blessing of Lokahi, our new wa’a/canoe

September 12th, 9am-10am, Frog Beach,

She’ll be the only boat going out on the water with an opportunity to paddle if you’d like

Please wear a mask to the blessing… 

…in accordance with statewide requirements from Governor Brown.

  • Fundraiser Happenings:
  •  HROCC Logo Ripskirts are due in this week! Huge thanks to all of you that ordered. We raised about $600 stylin’ dollars for the club! Woot!
  • “Double Hull Adventures”—these are hour long outings with 8-10 people from a local business (or party or group), and a handful of members in the mix to support the outing. Each outing raises $300 for the club.  If you know of a local group that might like to participate, have them email admin@hoodriveroutrigger.com for more details.

Keeping it Safe:  

Delta Covid Ugh!  Staying home is always a choice you can make.  Wearing a mask while rigging or paddling is also an option.  Paying attention to social distancing while launching the boats will help us all feel safe!
